Airport Information Desk and Facilities
Information and Help Desk The airport offers two touch-screen information kiosks with courtesy phones, situated in the baggage areas of both terminals. Information about ground transportation, airlines and hotels is available. Travelers Aid information booths can be found in both terminals. Travelers Aid staff assist passengers with general airport enquiries. For general information, there is an information line available (tel: 909 937 2700 and TDD tel: 909 937 2163).
Airport Facilities Money and phone: There areATMs situated opposite lower level (Arrivals) entrances in both terminals, near the Business Center in Departures and in the Ground Transportation Center. Public pay telephones are also available throughout both terminals. Many pay telephones allow passengers to plug in their laptop computers and to charge calls to their credit cards. Tan-coloured courtesy phones can be found in both terminals within the airport for passengers who wish to place calls within the airport. There are courtesy phones located at the public telephone banks in both Arrivals and Departures and on the concourses. Passengers can request paging Monday to Sunday 0600-2130, by using the courtesy telephones and dialing 0 for the operator. Eating and drinking: There are many restaurants, cafés and bars located in both terminals. Shopping: The airport offers a variety of shops in both terminals, including sunglasses shop, bookshop, gift shop, sweet shop, newsagents and music shop. Luggage services: Baggage reclaim can be found on the ground floor in both terminals. A Skycap porter service, trolley hire and lockers are available in both terminals. Lost property is handled by the Airport Police (tel: 909 937 2700), with a lost property office situated on 1070 South Vineyard Avenue, at the Airport Command Center.
Conference and Business Facilities ONT Business Centers are situated on the upper levels of both terminals. They are equipped with fax facilities, telephones, modem access, stamp machines and travel insurance services.
Disabled Facilities The airport offers parking for disabled drivers in Lot 2, Lot 4 and Lot F. Disabled toilets are available in both terminals. Wheelchairs and assistance are provided through airline representatives at each airline counter. TDDs are available on several public payphones. There are standard TDD keyboard signs displayed where payphones with TDD capability are located. The courtesy airport shuttle between the terminals and the long-term car park Lot F is also wheelchair-accessible.
